When I was introduced to NOMMY a couple of years ago, I started listening to the free weekly calls and noticed that I started feeling more contentment and gratitude. The changes were subtle but noticeable. Then I began doing in-depth sessions and projects. The feelings of serenity increased; again, subtle but noticeable.
When the time for the free weekly call changed I was disappointed as NOMMY has become such an important influence on my life, but I was told I could listen to the recordings and get the same effect. This is 100% true! I even put the sessions on when I go to bed and I fall asleep listening to NOMMY. I normally wake up with a jolt and anxiety about what the day will bring, but now I find I wake up gently and with what feels more like curiosity.
